Shipping

All orders for in-stock products are shipped within 4-6 business days with the exception orders placed during holidays.

Holiday orders will be treated as received the first business day following the holiday. 

Returns

Returns/Refunds are allowed within 14 days after the customer receives their order. Replacements are allowed during the entirety of the warranty period. The Pctabme reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective unit. Repair or replacement orders within our return policy will be shipped back to the customer by the same shipping method as the original order at no cost to the customer. Return for refund shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Should the customer request any other m­­­­­eans of shipping, involving additional charges, the customer will be responsible and billed for those charges. Shipping, handling, insurance charges, tariffs, import charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer for the initial shipment, as well as the return shipment on all non-functioning merchandise.

All returned merchandise are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item’s price.  All items must be returned with all original manufacturer’s packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.  The customer will be charged the cost of replacement for any articles missing from the original manufacturer’s packaging, in addition to the restocking fee.  If unit has been damaged and is not resalable, no refund will be given.  Freight amounts are non-refundable.

Warranty

The Pctabme does not guarantee the compatibility of any merchandise we sell. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compatibility of any products we sell prior to purchasing.

All products are sold with the full manufacturers limited warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies from date of purchase. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of any manufacturers warranties.

Refurbished, Special Order, and Clearance Items may be returned for replacement only, no refunds will be permitted. Service and Customized Charges are non refundable. Pctabme is not responsible for typographical errors.

Refunds

Refund process follows a procedure. The product returned will be inspected and further analyzed if it can be refunded or not. On Average it will take 4 working days from the time we will receive returned product.

A customer will be informed via email or on phone that inspection of the product is completed.

You can reach us through email: info@pctabme.com to know if product is valid to be refunded or not. If product is valid to be refunded then only the procedure will begin.

If the product does not validate to be refunded then you will receive a call from our customer service team to explain that why this product particularly cannot be refunded and they will guide you through.

Refunded amount will be same as paid by customer, irrespective of sales and promotion price variations, delivery/pick-up charges will be borne by the customer in case of refund.
